Tech/e-commerce: Altij advises i-Run shareholders on €100 million investment

Altij advised the founding shareholders of i-Run, French market leader in online sales of running, trail, outdoor, fitness and athletic products, in the reorganization of its share capital

In a deal worth a total of around €100 million, i-Run reached an agreement with a pool of investors led by GENEO Capital, also involving existing shareholders Eximium, MACSF and Bpifrance, in an operation which saw the involvement of managers in the capital and the exit of iXO Private Equity.
