As lawyers, the members of ALTIJ are subject to the code of ethics of lawyers, in the form of the National Internal Regulations of the legal profession (“RIN”) in France, under article 21-1 of the amended law of 31 December 1971, and the Charter of essential principles of the European lawyer, adopted on 24 November 2006.
Furthermore, ALTIJ is subject to professional secrecy in accordance with article 2 of the RIN in the following terms:
