Health / Care homes: Altij advises Edenis in Medicharme asset purchase

Altij has advised care home association Edenis with its purchase of assets belonging to the Medicharme group, which had been placed in judicial liquidation.

Edenis, a major actor in the French care home market, was part of a consortium with the Domidep, Jestia and Sedna groups, which between them took over 42 of Medicharme’s sites in France, under a decision by the Nanterre commercial tribunal.

Partner Sylvain Favier (Corporate/Insolvency) led the Altij team, which also included partners Frédéric Dagras (Real Estate), Rémi Scaboro (Collective Procedures) and France Charruyer (Data Protection)
