Co-founder and President of Altij, France heads the firm’s IT, IP and Data Protection practice. A widely recognized expert on French data protection and intellectual property law, she is the author of numerous works on the challenges of data protection and the monetization of databases and appears regularly on various platforms to discuss data protection challenges, including at the French Senate and in national media outlets. France gives clear and pragmatic advice on dispute resolution and uses her extensive litigation experience to help the firm’s clients take a risk-based approach to compliance and to securing the value of their intangible assets.
France is active in a wide range of economic, technological, artistic and legal initiatives in the South West region and nationally. She is an elected member of the Bar Council of Toulouse and lectures regularly at various educational institutes, including the University of Paris Dauphine, University Toulouse 1 Capitole and Toulouse Business School (TBS). France is a previous winner of the national “Prix Maurice Garçon” for eloquence at the Paris Bar.
